Emails received in tracing not in any mail app

Hello, I got a weird issue with receiving emails.
The person who was sending me emails is on the whitelist of SpamAssassin, yet in email tracing it says received.
But when I want to look in webmail or any other mail app, I don't get those emails.
What is going on here??

Quick update I tried to rebuild mail again and while I was trying to
da build set spamassassin yes
I get this:
spamassassin is not a valid option.

Done that but still I cannot receive mails

I never said it would solve the issue. I suggested that you check logs for more clues.

The send emails goto the admin of that domain into the spam folder

Check the headers to see why. Also check the logs and check server ip's/domains against RBL's of both sender and receiver.

Since i updated to the newest Directadmin today, all is working now. Still don’t know what happened, but somehow now it all is fine again.
