Enable the private_html symlink to public_html option for all new domains

Now Let’s Encrypt is gaining popularity and there are rumors of search engines and browsers penalizing HTTP sites in the near future, I think it is important to update all of my clients to HTTPS. I just finished enabling the private_html symlink option for all my clients, however I could not find an option to have it set automatically for all new domains. (And I am sure I and my clients will forget this when adding new domains.)

At first I tried to find this in the admin section of DA, but no luck.

Then I have been scrolling through All directadmin.conf values, also the ones on my system, but I could not find the appropriate conf parameter. Did I miss something, or is there no parameter for this?
