Error conect server

Hi, Richard, yes sending in to roundcube, but roundcube logs not have anny errors !
 
If you use Immunify, that can cause the issue.

If you are not using Immunify, check your firewall in the /etc/csf/csf.conf file.
There is a setting which should read:
SMTP_ALLOWLOCAL = "1"
and restart csf/lfd.

If that is not working, disable firewall completely and see if the error persists.
 
I am facing strange issue with EXIM. Whenever, I try to send mails from an email account, it doesn't get send and error is shown at attached in the OP's first post. I am facing this problem with existing email accounts. If I create a new email account and send the mails, it works fine. Already done with Exim rebuild / rewrite conf. etc. etc. but no luck. Out of idea. Could you please check and help?

Facing this problem all the existing email accounts on all the domains.

Disabling CSF doesn't help either.

Please open a seperate topic for your issue, since this probably has a totally different cause. Solution is then also better to find for others.
And it might disturb the thread starter here if he has thread notifications active.
