Error connecting IMAP

Hello,
I have a problem to connect email clients (outlook, thunderbird) on IMAP using the address imap.dominio.tld, both on port 143 and 993, but if using the address mail.domain.tld it connects and works normally on both , 143 and 993.
The clients' auto-configurators (outlook and thunderbird) find imap.domain.tld automatically and this causes an error having to manually configure each email.
Does anyone have any tips on why not to connect to imap and email yes.

Yes, I have the A record for imap, but on the letsencrypt screen the imap option does not appear, the others (mail, pop, smtp) appear normally. I tried to remove it from DNS and include it again but the imap option did not appear in letsencrypt.

Look in directadmin.conf for letsencrypt list. See if it’s listed
 
Glad it helped. Keep pursuing the documentation you might find other stuff DA can do.
