hi, i am satish.. when i try to go to my webmail it says "ERROR (2): fsockopen() has been disabled for security reasons (/var/www/html/webmail/inc/class.uebimiau_mail.php:78)" so please help me , i am even allowing u to get in my admin cp ifu wish please help

It's probably a PHP setting. Do you own the server, or buy your hosting from a hosting company?
If you buy your hosting from a hosting company, you need to ask their support department.

We're very expensive; our weekend rate is us$150/hour with a us$150 minimum. We don't work for free because server administration and fixing problems is our core business.
Perhaps someone else can answer the question, or you can google for the error (which is how we'd start to address it if you paid us to work for you).
Do NOT send us your password or any payment until after we have a contract.
If you wish to contract with us over the weekend the best way to reach us is at the email address below, in our sig.
Hopefully someone else will answer who knows the answer and can tell you without getting our programming staff involved.
It's not my intention to charge you for something you can find out yourself, but we don't log into servers unless we get paid (insurance company rules).

Edit php.ini (locate php.ini for the location)
usually /usr/local/lib/php.ini or /usr/local/Zend/etc/php.ini depending on wether you installed Zend Optimizer or not.
Search for the line "disable_functions = " and remove fsockopen from it.
Once you're done, be sure to restart apache (apachectl stop/start)
