Error Restoring Backup from Cpanel

Hello
I get this error when I want to import a user from Cpanel
Subject: An error occurred during the restore. Today at 16:34
faryad590912 is an invalid email address. User maskan will not be created
my Cpanel Liscence is expired
is there any way to make it work outside of cpanel

A few days ago you posted you were able to import without error. Perhaps the expired cPanel license means something isn't being backed up properly.

Does cPanel offer a command-line option to start the backup? If so try it and see if it works.

If not you may have to back up and restore files manually.

I don't have any specific cPanel experience; perhaps someone who does will post.

I have successfully backed up accounts on Cpanel from the command line so I know it can be done.
