One of our resellers just had the following error setting up a user....
DA created the Domains and Mail folder but not the sym link (see error) and the public_html folder in the domains folder.
I went in and deleted the user and then re-set them up and DA set the user up correctly second time around.
The error's below, I'm wondering if anyone else has had the same error or can shed any light on what/why etc
I've removed the domain name and substituted it with <name edited prior to posting>.ie - the original error message had the full and correct domain name..

Domains directory created successfully
Domains directory created successfully in user's home
Unable to create directory
/home/fran12/domains/<name edited prior to posting>.ie,
Parent directory does not allow write, or one of the
directories didn't allow search (execution) permission

A directory component in

does not exist or is a dangling symbolic link
