error when removing an IP

I have this error message when removing an IP

Details

There are still Users on xx.xx.xx.xx. Remove them from the IP first and set it to 'free'.

In IP Management, it shows on that IP still there are 2 users. However, going to Show all Users, there is no account using IP xx.xx.xx.xx.

So, what's wrong with it?

If you are positively sure that no other accounts are using the IP address and it's safe to remove, you can manually edit DirectAdmin's data files in /usr/local/directadmin/data
Either setting the number of assigned users to 0 and then deleting through DirectAdmin, or simply removing the IP address information files directly.
