error when viewing MX Records

OK, I am a DA newbie... I have been having trouble with changing an MX record. When I click the MX Records link it gives me this error:

Cannot View Dns Record

Details

Error Reading db file


I know that is not very helpful, but my big question is, how can I get it to read the db file that it is trying to access?

Start by seeing if it exists.

You'll need a shell login.

Usually the files are located in /var/named/

help, I have this too

it doesn't turn up in the /var/named as in the dns-page in admin-DA.
There is the one for the old domain that account had though..
Can I change that file oldname.com.db into newdomain.com.db and alter its contents ?
