I've spent about an hour and a half looking over the archives, and found problems similar to mine, but no resolution, so here goes:
A week ago I signed up for a vps (virtual private server) and bought DA to go with it. Built accounts and got everything uploaded, then noticed that it appeared my disk usage was still 0 MB. I figured this would update at midnight, and didn't think much of it. Six midnights have passed and disk usage is still not showing. This is what I see when I look at all user disk usage:
http://tomh.us/dl/da1.gif
It does not list any of the disk usage from /home/username, just mysql usage.
However, I can see how much disk space is being used in /home/username if I look at their user details, but even this is only right in one of the spots displayed. See screen shot:
http://tomh.us/dl/da2.gif
The upper number is the correct one, but it says 0 MB below :-/
The only other thing I've noticed that I think could be related is this error:
http://tomh.us/dl/da3.gif
Because this error mentions the filesystem, it made me wonder, does the fact that this is a vps matter to DA? The filesystem is /dev/ubd/0, rather than a standard /dev/hda/0 or whatever is normal. It appears that DA does know this is the filesystem, because on the Server Stats page it gives me all data regarding this filesystem, including the 18% usage that is not seen when looking at the user list.
I would appreciate any suggestions, ideas, and/or fixes anybody has regarding this issue. Being as I sell server space, I'd really like to resolve this so I can effectively manage the server space.
