error with userbackup after installing Installatron

So with CFS off it does indeed correctly backup the data:

i imagine i need csf get to work but what is issueing the error when installatron is running i dont know

it always works until i added installatron then it goes in curl error 7 and no backups gets to the ftp location if i turn installatron off user backups works as its designed so somewhere is a thing of installatron that makes it all weird but my linux knowledge is like 1 precent
 
and the hoster sended me emails about open netbios and rpc portmapper so i guess i really do need to run csf
 
You might expand a list of passive ports to 35000:65535. It's not always possible to change passive ports on remote FTP servers, but you can adjust the list in your firewall.

I set the ports while the firewall was on and it did a backup with pushing data to the FTP lets hope it do work now as it is intended
