Evolution Reorder Widgets

Hi

I have an iMac which sports Safari and Firefox, both updated to latest available version at time of writing. In Safari, when dragging to redorder widget list it cancels as soon as the mouse leaves the drag icon and in Firefox the colour changes while the mousedown event is triggered and in both you can’t reorder the list.

Hope this gets where it needs to be.

This needs looking at. Can’t find anything in GitHub so forking not really an option.
