Hello,

Yesterday we just upgraded DA to exim 4.69. After the upgrade we are able to send e-mails, but cant receive any emails to our inboxes yet.

Here is my error message:
require_files: error for /etc/virtual/gen3.com.tr/reply/fuat.msg: Permission denied

Exim has correct permissions to read / write. By the way on the DA forums, we saw that most of the people solve this problem via installing the 4.68 version of exim. I saw some of the threads but couldnt solve the problem, one of the thread is almost same. http://directadmin.com/forum/showthread.php?p=113263

We need your support / help really urgent, any help will be appreciated. We couldnt solve the problem about 24 hours and so that we are having some troubles with our customers.

Our web server is: Debian/Linux

Thank you very much
Best regards

We just solved the problem via changing our exim to a lower version.

By the way we still have another big problem. Every e-mail comes to inboxes about 50 times. In my opinion its because of exim doesnt know that email sent to user.

Any idea pls

Im sure exim 4.69 has been out for years..there should be nothing wrong with it at all.

What were the permissions of the file it complained about.

Our most recent servers are running 4.67. Is anyone using 4.69? If so, please let us know if you're experiencing this or similar error.

Jeff
