EDIT sorry my fault:
Reading none off SPF changes in version EXIM 4.93 , also none IPv6 in this changelog
BUT in NEWSTUFF as more did write in this TOPIC:

this one only sofar i can find : The spf lookup now supports IPv6.

BUT: Can't see any logic in the combination then with Microsoft.com fails spf as here https://forum.directadmin.com/threads/exim-4-93-has-been-released.59733/page-2#post-306174 none ipv6 and none mx
