Exim and dovecot problem

Hello to all.
Sorry for my English.
I have problems with DA, my customers are unable to send email.
You can not even use webmail.
For several days the pic to have over 200 exim and dovecot 1.1.16, I give problems.
When you send an email from squiremail the error message is this:

Message not sent. Server replied:
Service not available, closing channel
421 Too many concurrent SMTP connections; please try again later.


How can I fix?
 
It means exactly what it says.

Check to see how many smtp processes are running
Code:
ps waux | grep exim
Check your exim mainlog to see if there's more traffic than there should be.

Check your mailqueue to see how many emails are stuck in the queue.

There isn't going to be a hard and fast answer. If you don't know how to search through lots and queues and figure out what's going on, then you might need to have an administrator check your server. We and others on these forums offer server administration as a commercial service.
