Exim custombuild fails to start on FreeBSD 12.1

Exim 4.93.0.4 Installed.
Restarting exim.
exim not running? (check /var/run/exim.pid).
Starting exim.

Have this problem too. Fixed by add "exim:4.92:" in custom_versions.txt, but I want 4.93..
