Exim/email broken now deliver emails to /var/spool

My exim setup stopped filtering spam, and trying to fix this we upgraded exim
and it seems that we broke something, because emails are no longer arriving to
/Maildir and they arriving now to /var/spool/exim

Trying to fix this now, I actually don't know where to start.
Any help?

The easiest way to do it is to update to Exim SpamBlocker3-beta for Dovecot.
