exim fix

Looking for a directadmin admin to take a look at one of my machines.

Everytime I start exim, server load shoots up skyhigh and either crashes or the server is slow.

/var/log/messages (only info that shows up about exim)
/var/log/maillog
/var/log/exim/main_log
/var/log/exim/panic_log
