exim outgoing mails

I have got linux dedicated with directadmin panel, exim and dovecot, my load average 500 - 600 sometimes and my mysql and web sites stoping
when I load average ascending then I looking my exim processes too many
and Mail Queue Administration one account mail sending its mails. I can not change its mail bec account mail, when I stoped exim, outo starting again
I moved exim.conf from /etc/ now my mail system stoped. what can I do, I dont know.

My god: I don't allow my server to go past 5 in average load. You have overloaded your server. Machine is not powerfull enough to run eggdrop, webhosting and ircd services. try killing ircd and eggdrop services and you see what will happen.

no my exim closed for 1 week, and my dedicated too happy, my load average 0.68 or 1, I opened exim at this moment I know my dedicated not will happy
my problems exim sending mail to [email protected] too more, How I can stop thats

"[email protected]" is default address in Vbulletin config. If your mysql down, this software send tons of emails.

Best way - change this to empty string . file named includes/config.php

I'd think best would be to change the email address to a working one monitored by an administrator. That way if the server is trying to notify you of any problems you'd find out.
