Exim problem!!!

Dear all,
Sometimes my server have a trouble when they send email for user in the same domain. The email not received.
How can i fix this???
I use FreeBSD va DA.

Does the email disappear, or is it returned?

Can you find any information in the /var/log/exim/rejectlog?

Can you find the email logged in the /var/log/exim/mainlog?

And have you checked the 'admin' mailbox (the mailbox of the 'admin' useraccount)? If the missing emails ended up in that mailbox then you may have the same problem that I'm having.
