Exim send error

Dear All,
I am getting the below error on newly installed directadmin while sending mail from squirrelmail.

ERROR:
Requested action aborted: error in processing
Server replied: 451 Temporary local problem - please try later

Please help..

Can't find a issue

Later i found that clamd was not running, I started it and works fine.
