Hello!

I have run in to problem.

One of my clients is not receiving emails from clients of them.

So we started to test the problem. I asked my client to ask they client to send me an email and it was successful as i`m using the same server. I have also tried to send e-mails from several email accounts from different servers and they also have reached they destination (my clients e-mail box).

My question is: Why in this case e-mails are not received from that one particular client (server)? Is this problem on my server or on they server?

I have checked the EXIM log files on my server and have not find any problem, no error messages - nothing.

My "Exim 4.77"

Any ideas?

I have found this: http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=59

but this was not the case...

I get this message if i send the email that client who can`t send me email:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

host mail.clientsdomain.com [1.2.3.4]:
550-Verification failed for <[email protected]>
550-No Such User Here
550 Sender verify failed

Anyone, any idea to check?

already googled - "550-Verification failed for" and all others, but nothing that helped...

Hello,

You should either post here real data, or hire somebody.

So the following data is required:
1. Your real domain name
2. Exim logs related to the domain.

1. Can i PM u in private the domain names?
2. Exim logs - u mean about the unreceived e-mails (there are no), i have checked all of them or is there an extra option to get more logs from exim?

Found the problem! Solved!

I have called the previous hosting company and asked them to check the users account. They forgot to delete it and this caused the problem.

Thank you for you help!

Spasibo! ;)

p.s. for all others

My client changed hosting companies from A to B.
My client - client is using hosting services from company A (this was also the previous hosting company of my client).
The problem appeared when my client has sent emails to his client (he is hosted on hosting company A "all emails were rejected as they can`t be verified").

Problem was - old hosting account was not deleted from hosting company A server.
As they deleted it, the problem was gone!
