Hi,
it's not clear for me how the whitelist/blacklists work...

Are they related to the FROM address or is a list or smtp servers?

Are jolly chars such as * allowed?

Thank you for help ;)

Which whitelist? The one added with SpamBlocker?

I'm not sure that's what you mean. If you're not sure what I mean, please reply with the specific file, and I can tell you what should be in it.

That's the SpamBlocker whitelist.

The documentation, copied from /etc/exim.conf, reads:
# 3) Add a file /etc/virtual/whitelist_from
# This file should contain the fully-qualified hostnames or IP#s
# of servers that you DO want to be able to get email from even
# if they're otherwise caught by blocklists. Your own domain
# need not be listed here to enable you to get unblock requests,
# whitelisting of email to your "errors" address will be handled
# separately, below.
It will only work for domain names included in /etc/virtual/use_rbl_domains, so be sure to read the documentation for that as well.

It will only work with full mailserver names or IP#s.
