File Directory Issue

Dear Support Team,

My hosting provide previously used cpanel now they changed to DirectAdmin


In Old Server default directory for my domain "domainname.com" points to location
/home/solutio15/public_html/domainname.com
I was installed OpenCart Software on it & created backup files which also point to that directory location

Now in New Server my default directory is for domain "domainname.com"
/domains/domainname.com/public_html

Kindly guide me how to change default directory for domain "domainname.com" as
/home/solutio15/public_html/domainname.com

So i will restore my website /backups.

Are you not able to simply change the directory OpenCart uses?

This forum is normally not intended for this kind of customer support. You have to contact your host for this.

If you don't need to restore the backup, it's best to create new backup which will point to the correct directory.
Otherwise chances are that you have to edit your database backup and change al paths in there too.

As for Opencart itself, you have to look in the configuration for this.

Normally if you had everything working on cPanel, your host should take care that it also works again on Directadmin. So it's still best to contact your host.
