Forgot backup email when delete user

Hi guys, please help me..

I do a backup public_html and mysql, but forgot to backup email (tbh at the time I don't even know that exists), then I delete the user account .. Is there anyhow I could take back customer email content

Is that gone forever or can it be restore, I do a bit research and email folder should be: /home/{user}/{maildir}/ , is that correct?

Unfortunately it sound very unluckely that you can restore them without a backup done via DA panel (or unless you saved those folders ofc)

The folder is: /home/USER/imap/DOMAIN/ACCOUNT
