Seems as if you do not have CGI.pm installed which is a widely needed perl module.

You might want to wait for Jeff to reply to this as I don't claim to be an admin, at least not a good one:)

Do you know how I can rectify this? Or what it means exactly?
The server was set up by the company who we hire it from. I can get back to them if I know what to ask of them...
