I would like to add a forums page to my website, how would i do that??

i tried to install phpBB for forums on my website, but when i install it it says

cache/: Found, Unwriteable
files/: Found, Unwriteable
store/: Found, Unwriteable

How can i make these directories writeable to create my forum?
