every user (site) has a domain email for admin purposes. How can I send them to a particular person? Most of my clients do not have a tech to look after it and won't set an extra email account for it. Although, if I can just route those emails to the prime email, that would be good.

I tried to make a forward like <useranme_admin>@domain.com -> [email protected] and it didn't send it (Well, I tried this on my admin account and it didn't work)

Any help or is this normal?

hmmm... just got the admin email. So I guess it does work huh?

forwards work for all accounts. They work differently for server accounts than they do for virtual email accounts.

For server accounts (the account names for the individual domains), setting a forward means the mail never reaches the mailbox.

For virtual email accounts (the ones set up for the domains by the domain administrator), forwards and mailboxes are independent; if you set up both you'll get the email at both places.
