FTP acces

i have a question about the FTP acces. i have an FTP program and i want to use that. but when i logged in and looked but i don't now the passwoort and username. thanks for your help

Your username and password will be the same as you login to directadmin with.

Hello, why not use the server IP ?

The host name should be your domain name with ftp in front of it: ftp.domain.com.
