ftp account setup?

a friend of mine has offerd me some space on his server which is running fedora,

the only control panel he has installed is webmin.

how would i manually add myself as an ftp user?


i'm going to use the space he's letting me have to store a backup of our da server but i need to setup ftp on my mates server so i can set da to ftp the backups accross

i remember that webmin brings u vsftpd
creat a user in webmin and ftp account will be automatically created
