Ftp don't work on Reseller accaunts

I made a reseller accaunt for somebody and the main ftp axces and when i made new users don't work :(

Connecting to 217.67.239.90
Connected to 217.67.239.90 -> IP=217.67.239.90 PORT=21
220 localhost.localdomain NcFTPd Server (licensed copy) ready.
USER test1
331 User test1 okay, need password.
PASS (hidden)
530 Login incorrect.
Connection failed

with the main admin accaunt i never had this problem
what did i do to solve the problem i changed the password din't work.

Need help fast.
 
Hello,

Did you try changing the ftp password as opposed to the DA password? (they are seperate). It should be a simple password typo somewhere.

i went also to Home >> test1.nl >> Ftp Setup
and changed the password there also didn't work

is that what u meaned ?
 
Hello,

I can't say much without know what the current ftp setup is on that ip. IP's can either be owned or shared... if it's an owned ip, you'll only be able to use that ip and no-one else will be able to use it. If that's not the case, I'd have to have a look at the myself to see what's up.
