FTP Problem ~ signin long time no reply

I just install Directadmin 1.33.7, apache 2 & PHP5
After I create new user, I use FileZilla FTP Login
The software stay "227 Entering Passive Mode (x.x.x.x.x), so long time no reply
If I use Vista FTP Login, windows reply timeout

What can I do now?

what is the Ip or domain? We can't test it without it... or you can just search the logs and try to find an error on your own.
