FTP settings in Fetch

I am a newbie here, and would like to use Fetch as I usually do to upload my files. I can't seem to get the settings right. Anyone have an example of what the settings should be? I keep getting the error "there is no host by that name"

Host:
Userid: (obvious)
Password: (also obvious)
Initial directory:

Hello, I'm allso quite new but I for Host I use serverIP and it works just fine.

What is the serverIP? I do not use my own server.
