FTP User?

Well, I am also using a Game Control Panel on my server so it automatically creates a user FTP into his directory but on the DA server its not working maybe because of it's custom proftpd.conf file for DirectAdmin.

I am not very good at fixing users and stuff like that so how I can make the user's FTP work properly?

The FTP of the user I created.

Also, the user is not a directadmin user.

Is a system user or a virtual user? How the game server create the user? Maybe you need to edit the gameserver script to activate a DirectAdmin API and create the user directly from DA Panel so will work for sure.

It's been my experience that if I create a standard system user from the rootshell, then that user works with FTP as set up by DirectAdmin, so the first thing to check is to see how your script sets up users, and then to check the main /etc/passwd file to see if the user is listed there.
