FTP with FileZilla

Unless we try ourselves the only help we can give you is to make sure you're using the right password, and uploading to the right directory, generally:

domains/example.com/public_html/

where example.com is your domain name and you start from your home directory.

If you're still having problems you need to speak with your hosting company.

Ok, the problem was that my program put everything on the root. Now it works.
Now I have two problems:
1) I can not delete the folder / domains
2) I will always recreates the / maildir

How can I do?

PS: Thank you for your answer, you were kind

Evidently you still lack understanding. All of your websites are located inside of /domains. So therefore if you delete /domains then you don't have any websites.

FileZilla should be uploading to /domains/example.com/public_html

Volarefree: If you've got only one website then you can use the first public_html you see after your login instead of going through domains/example.com/public_html but if you're ever going to have a second (or third or even more) domain, then you'll run into problems unless you're using the complete path.

It was not my intention to eliminate
/ domains / example.com / public_html
but
/ backup / domains / example.com / public_html
I created manually.
Thx for help me.

I'm not sure why you put spaces between the slashes; it just makes it impossible for people looking for help to find it.

What are the ownership and permissions of these folders:

/backup
/backup/domains
/backup/domains/example.com
/backup/domains/example.com/public_html

If you don't own the server you should probably ask your hosting company for support.
