Full Backup / Restore - via webinterface?

How to create a full backup via webinterface and how to restore?

I can see one backup option in Admin Tools/System Backup this do a full backup?
But i cant find the option to restore.

the system backup has to be restored manualy.

You probably don't want to backup your entire system anyway.
