Functionality: change the default index.html file stopped working

Hello

Yesterday on all our servers this funcionality: http://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=278 stopped working. All servers was updated to the latest DA version (1.41.1) .
DA for all new domains creates index.html file from standard template /usr/local/directadmin/data/templates/default not from /usr/home/admin/domains/default.
How to fix it?

I have upgraded to newest version of DA. It still works for me, I don't see any change, it still use my custom index.html file. Check your content at /home/admin/domains/default

Content of /home/admin/domains/default was not changed.

I don't know if this is important but on all servers in DA file manager I see only number of GID (not name "access").

OK, the thread is no longer valid.
My mistake, I used "admin" accounts.
On standard user accounts this functionality is working correctly.
