The answer would be automatically 'YES' if your DNS records are self-hosted on the same DirectAdmin server. And even if this is so, it might take a while for changes in DNS to propagate. no, I didn't change domain's IP.
I changed the User's IP.
when I change it to domain 1 IP, domain 1 is accessible.
when I change it to domain 2 IP, domain 2 is accessible.

If an user owns domains, then an IP changes for a domain too.
