Getting ignored by directadmin support

I've been sending emails to directadmin support for a server migration. But lately I don't get any support from them.

There really is some rush on the migration and I need support to answer some questions for me. But after sending multiple emails I still don't get any response from them.

Does someone have the same problem?
 
You could try posting in here - some of us may be able to offer some assistance ...

Cannot comment on DA support - I've never experienced a problem with it. Perhaps your license isn't a supported license (i.e. internal license) - DA licensing/pricing is mentioned here:
