Hey guys,
I am having trouble with only ONE customer of mine and their email. They keep reporting to me that in the morning when they check their email, they are getting some of the same messages that they have already checked over and over again. This was a problem with multiple customers email until I read http://www.directadmin.com/help/item.php?id=104 and switched to dovecot. After I switched to dovecot, the problem stopped all except for this customer. I looked in directadmin and tried just deleting all of the messages in their email folders (Outlook's famous "Leave a copy of the messages on the server" option) and after I deleted everything, it still says that they have 85 Megs but when I hover over their name in Directadmin, it shows that it is all cleared out... It also seems fishy to me because they are not using the "leave messages on serve" option in their Outlook, I made sure of that myself. I attached a copy of a screenshot for your review. Any help is appreciated... THANKS!!!
