I have a problem. I want to make the IP Address under the name cs.blackgames.ro not the DNS have to do this?

DNS for blackgames.ro is run by ns3.krond.org and ns4.krond.org.

If you control DNS for blackgames.ro then you need to add an a record for cs in the blackgames.ro zonefiles at ns3.krond.org and at ns4.krond.org.

If you don't control DNS for blackgames.ro but you do control cs.blackgames.ro, then you need to have the hostmaster (the person who runs DNS) for blackgames.ro set up one or more NS records for cs.blackgames.ro, at ns3.krond.org and at ns4.krond.org, each pointing to one of your nameservers, then run DNS yourself on those nameservers.
