Help for ftp upload at Admin backup/transfer

I configured the FTP account at Admin backup/transfer and set Remote Path to Website, Custom Path to %d, Port to 21, but the system cannot create the folder that I installed, only creates a folder named 21 and uploads everything into it.
Please help me!

try and specify a full path /home/phuongnamweb/Website instead of /Website
