Help Needed: Unable to Download Upload Folder

I need to download my upload folder to migrate my website, but I didn’t download it from here. My disk space is full, which is preventing me from downloading it from any plugin. Can anyone please guide me on how I can download the folder?

this is old skin, I don't know.
If you switch to Evolution Skin, there have option when right click on the directory.

Why not just use FTP? Like with Filezilla or something similar?

You should in fact contact your host for support. He could also easily help you with this. Or a general pc forum like webhostingtalk or something.
