help phpbb and any php comes up with weird crap

like go here, i just uploaded all of phpbb, http://www.rct.fusioncartoons.com/index.php and i get all thsi weird coding showing and same with many php stuff i dont know if a while back i screwed something up with mysql or asomething but i have no clue, so please help. or is their a way to reset everything in directadmin so its like i just bought it again. please help
 
Your server is not parsing the php page. Make sure the account you are using has php enabled.

Also, you can try rebuilding apache and php following the commands here.

And if that still doesn't work you can check that the php entries are correct in the httpd.conf file.
If that still fails to work and you don't see anything in the log files, try contacting support.
 
i dont know how to enable php and how do u do that thing that u gave link to? use putty? last time i used putty it didnt work it wouldnt let me log in.
 
Either putty or another ssh program, but putty is the best :p

You need to have root access to the serer. You login with you admin account details then you can SU into your root account.
 
see i dont have root access :-( makes me mad and the provider (the root) doesnt like email me or anything takes like 2 monthes to get a response, grrrr all i want is dis forum :-( could like directadmin people do it for me :-D
 
It is really simple, once you know how to find it. Click "list users", click the name of the user who needs php enabled, click "modify user", select the "php access" checkbox, save and wait 2 minutes max for it to start working :)
