Hello everyone.

We are currently hosting WordPress applications using DirectAdmin and have been encountering some challenges in maintaining optimal performance, lots of errors and security. While we are using Imunify360 and the CSF firewall, I would like to know if there are any predefined configurations or best practices to set up DirectAdmin specifically for running WordPress sites.

Our primary goal is to run everything. Then ensure better stability, performance, and security for our WordPress. We are particularly interested in hearing about:

- Recommended settings in DirectAdmin for WordPress hosting.
- Any additional modules or configurations that could improve performance.
- If anyone has experience or insights into this, we would greatly appreciate your advice.
- Suggestions for fine-tuning CSF or Imunify360

Thank you in advance for your help!

At first, we had to completely extinguish ModSecurity for the primary goal. After that, lots of error and warnings vanished.

for security you are doing good using Imunify360 (or cpguard, or bitninja, etc) CSF too
as long as you keep the server hardened, password hard, not shared, and your websites are not using vulnerable-outdated-pirate software (themes plugin) you shouldn't have any big issue.

for speed, you may try another webserver, like litespeed free trial, and see if you notice a differnce.
