I have upload my website files using terapin, I loaded them into the public_html folder on my website, but that was about 2 weeks ago and my website still hasnt come online, can any one help please,

The link you passed work perfectly, pointing to your site, the problem is that
your home directory look totally empty, no index page beside Directadmin’s default one.
I suggest that you log in to your DirectAdmin control panel and use FileManager to see about your files really are in your public_html

Just remove the index.htm and it's OK
