These forums are created and exist for solving issues with DirectAdmin the hosting control panel. Your issue is about purchasing to a 3rd party company for hosting services. We can not help you with it. You will need to contact your hosting provider for it.

If you can not find a way to contact the hosting company and purchase, you might think of migrating to another hosting company.
