Hello,
In the last couple of weeks one of our servers has been blocked a couple of times by hotmail for what they call namespace mining. When I check the data within their SNDS area this server has supposedly sent yesterday 462878 RCPT commands and 15146 DATA commands. I'm checking the exim logs line by line but I can't find anything strange in the logs.
I do see quite a lot of the following lines but if I'm correct this basically means that our server is blocking the attempt to relay through our server:
2016-09-29 13:13:26 H=(mail.DOMAIN.COM) [1.2.3.4] F=<[email protected]> rejected RCPT <[email protected]>: authentication required
Does anyone have any idea what could be going on or has anyone had a similar issue with hotmail?
Thanks
