hotmail reject my emails

i have set limit 200 per day for a user if someone request sometimes i extend his limit for just same day

mostly people ask me that their emails going to spam, how I can prevent their emails from being spammed whatever knowledge you guys have please share with me because some of my own domain sent email to spam as well lol, so I can help my customer & tell them why their emails going to spam

@Kyo Ask them to send email to mailtester, or create email in their account and test yourself.

i will create a predefined reply and always share with people who will complain about it is there anything that you want me to add in it ?

@Kyo it's your experience send first 5-10 such predefined recommendations -> receive feedbacks -> improve!

There many thing that can cause this
1. new IP, or not yet build reputation with it ? have some patient then, you have to "warm it up"
2. DMARC,DKIM,SPF rDNS settings
3. Ask people to add the sender in their address book (specially hotmail and gmail)
4. Ask them to mark your mails as non spam
5. Participate in spam program of Microsoft
6. Like @Zhenyapan suggest do the email tester and share your outcome here
