How can i permit the log in to a domain user?

i have to permit the log in to a domain user.

Normally an user can manage many domain...

it's possibile that an user which has only a domain can log with user name and password ?

Are you talking about a shell login? If it's your server you can set it on a per-user basis. If it's not your server only your hosting company can decide whether or not to allow it.

The answer to both questions is yes.

And to add a bit, you can very easily make Webalizer stats for a given site public; the issues has been discussed on these forums in the past.
